What we collect
We collect the information you provide directly, including your email address, account profile data, learning progress, subscription status, and the prompts or responses you send through the product. We also store basic technical data such as IP address, browser data, and cookies needed for login, guest limits, security, and session continuity.
How we use it
We use your data to run the app, sync your progress across devices, enforce plan limits, process payments, prevent abuse, improve product quality, and provide support. We may review logs and error reports to diagnose failures, fraud, or misuse.
Third-party services
OryxLearn relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers, including Supabase for authentication and storage, Stripe for subscription billing, and AI model providers for generation features. Those providers may process data as necessary to deliver their services to us.
Data retention
We keep account, subscription, and learning data for as long as needed to operate your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Abuse-prevention and security logs may be retained for a limited period even after account deletion.
Your choices
You can contact us to request account deletion or ask questions about your data. Some billing records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons. For privacy requests, email support@oryxlearn.com.
