Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains how OryxLearn handles subscription cancellations, billing mistakes, and refund requests.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. When you cancel, your paid access remains active through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, billed after cancellation, or hit by a duplicate charge, contact us and we will review the case.

How to request help

Send refund or billing questions to support@oryxlearn.com with the email used for your account and a short description of the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of the charge when possible so we can investigate quickly.
